Before construction there must be destruction. Today the garage on the old house is being torn down to make way for the new justice center.
Trees are being removed at the site of the new Justice Center. It is really starting to happen! The scrap wood will be taken to the Linn County Park to be sold to campers. We will update you when the house is going to be taken down.
It is so exciting that the sales tax proposal has passed. The final votes were 2772 for the sales tax and 861 against. Thanks to everyone who voted in the election. We can’t wait to update this website with the next steps in the project.
